Algi Plast 210 N
Water reducing concrete plasticizer. (modified lignosulphate based)
Properties: It is highly economical plasticizer recommended for M15 to M30 grade concrete. It makes concrete cohesive and reduces bleeding. Improves compressive strength, reduces w/c ratio by 10-15%. Recommended for use in places of congested reinforcement such as concrete canals, RCC slabs, beams and columns, cement floor tiles, cement clay blocks, plastic mould tiles etc. and also for industrial floor concreting that will make floor hardener.
Application Method: Pre-dilute with water and then add to wet concrete mix.
Dosage: 75 ml to 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement. Suggested dosage is 140 ml/bag.
Algi Plast 210 RK
Water reducing concrete plasticizer. (modified lignosulphate based)
Water reducing and set retarding concrete plasticizer, modified lignosulphate based. It is suitable for transportation of concrete over long distance. It is recommended for M15 to M30 grade concrete. It is highly economical with very low dosage. Makes concrete very cohesive, especially recommended for concreting of dams, canals, site mixed concrete, batching plant concrete etc.
Application Method: Pre-dilute with water and then add to wet concrete mix.
Dosage: 100 to 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement. Suggested dosage is 150 ml/bag.
Algi Cure
Emulsified light reflective wax and water based curing compound
Properties: Reduces water evaporation to less than relevant ASTM standards. Economical eliminates water curing. It reduces concrete temperature and hence cracking of concrete, by reflecting sunlight.
Application: Membrane curing is suitable for canal lining, roads, bridges, piers etc. It is especially useful in places of water shortage and in areas such as verticle or sloping surfaces which are difficult to cure.
Application Method: To be applied by spray on fresh (Green) concrete/plaster before final set (Just after evaporation of surface water)
Coverage: 3.25 sq. meter per litre for verticle areas and 4 sq. meter per litre for horizontal areas.
Algi Super Plast N
Normal Naphthalene based high range water reducing super plasticizer.
Properties: Recommended for M30 to M50 grades of concrete. It gives very high early & final compressive strength. It reduces w/c ratio by 12-20%. Recommended for pile foundation, paver blocks, plastic mould, cement tiles etc., Recommended for high quality concrete that needs to be placed within half an hour and where very high early strength is required
Dosage: 150 to 300 ml per 50kg bag of cement. Suggested dosage is 300 ml/bag.
Algi Super Plast 575
Retarding super plasticizer for concrete.
Properties: ALGISUPERPLAST-575 is a powerful super plasticizer without much set retardation (at normal dosage range) that gives a slump retention of 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours at normal dosage and is recommended for hot weather concreting. It also allows for reduction in the free water content of the mix by 10-20% when concrete slump is not increased when compared to control.
Dosage: ALGISUPERPLAST-575 should be added to the concrete mix at the ratio of 200-500 ml to 50kg of cement. Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum ratio, for which a dosage of 300 ml to 50kg of cement is recommended as the initial trial dosage.
Dispensing: For site mixing, ALGISUPERPLAST-575 should be added in the last phase after pre-wetting the mix with 80% of the water to produce concrete. The measured quantity of ALGISUPERPLAST-575 should be added along with the gauging water in case of batching plants.
Algi Hyper Plast N 200
Modified poly carboxylate ether based midrange hyper plasticizer for road concreting, hot weather concreting and RMC.
Properties: It is specially recommended for M sand as well as for natural sand. It is highly economical and especially recommended for grades from M20 to M40.
Dosage: It should be added to the concrete mix in the ratio of 100-300 ml to 50 kg of cement. Recommended initial trial dosage is 150 ml/50 kg of cement. Over dosage of ALGIHYPERPLAST N 200 in extreme cases may result in retardation of initial set and increased workability, air entrainment and severe bleeding.
