Algi Coat Acrylic

Acrylic based coloured / colourless decorative and protective water proofing sealer with gloss effect.

Properties: ALGICOAT ACRYLIC is a coloured or colourless glossy/matt waterproofing coating suitable for vertical/sloping surfaces and clay tiles.

Coverage: 40 sq.ft. per litre for 2 coats.

Application Method: Apply 2 coats of ALGICOAT ACRYLIC by brush on a clean & totally dry surface. If applied on moist surface the coating will peel off. Apply ALGICOAT ACRYLIC coating during morning or in the evening to get good coverage during summer.

Algi Tile Guard S

Acrylic based coloured / colourless decorative and protective water proofing sealer with gloss effect.

Properties: ALGITILEGUARD S is an acrylic based durable, protective, decorative

, water and weatherproof coating for concrete, masonry, clay tiles and brick surfaces. ALGITILEGUARD S is designed as a super durable tile coating with added antifungal additive for excellent antifungal property.

Method of Usage: The surface to be coated should be dry and free from all impurities like dirt, grease, old paint, algae etc. which can be removed by wire brushing the surface. Once this is done, apply ALGITILEGUARD S using brush. The tile/ wall surface should be totally dry. For Gloss, Matt Coating: Apply 2 coats of ALGITILEGUARD S based on requirement.

Coverage: 50-60 sq. ft. per litre for 2 coats depending on smoothness and surface absorption.

Algi Coat SIL-W

Water Diluteable Silicon Water Repellent with Matt effect.

Properties: Produces beading effect and keeps surface dry. Reduces fungus/algae formation. Suitable for coating on concrete, natural stone, on lime and on cement painted surfaces. Can be mixed with lime or cement paint and applied.

Application: Product should be applied with brush/spray as wet on wet application. Extra product should be applied on the surface to flood the area so that 5-6 inches of run down and penetration of 1.2 mm is achieved.

Coverage: Dilution with water in 1:14 ratio gives 300 to 500 sq. ft. per litre on cement coated surface and 300-500 sq. ft. per litre on tiles, bricks etc.

Algi Cera Clean

Stain remover for ceramic tiles.

Properties: Easily cleans/removes all kinds of stains, cement etc. from ceramic tile surface. Very Mild on skin.

Application Method: Apply on ceramic tiles over stained areas with waste cotton and allow it to react for 5 minutes and remove it by scrubbing with plastic brush. For removal of effloroscence from highly absorbent surface such as clay tiles, bricks surface etc. dilute ALGICERACLEAN with 1:5 water & then apply.

Coverage: About 30 to 50 sq. ft. per litre.

Algi Floor Cleaner

Floor cleaner agent for vitrified, granite and marble flooring.

Properties: It works both in hard and soft water and has a no rinse formula that will not leave any film behind.

Dosage: ALGIFLOOR CLEANER is used in diluted form. That is 1:10 to 100 with water. For daily use dilute 1:60 with water.
