Algi Plast - MTA1100

Accelerator cum plasticizer for paver tiles.

Properties: ALGIPLAST-MTA 1100 is a powerful concrete accelerator for paver tiles, plastic mould tiles, decorative tiles and cement hollow blocks to reduce curing time. This reduces production cost and helps increasing production capacity and speedy delivery of these concrete products.

Method of Usage: ALGIPLAST - MTA 1100 should be added to the concrete mix at the ratio of 250ml to 500ml to 50 kg cement. Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum ratio, for which a dosage of 250 ml per 50 kg of cement is recommended as the initial trial dosage.

Mixing Instruction: Mechanical Mixing: Pour the required quantity of water, aggregate & ALGIPLAST-MTA 1100 into the mixing drum and mix continuously and then add sand and then cement & mix for at least 2 minutes.

Manual Mixing: Dilute proportionate quantity of ALGIPLAST-MTA 1100 in entire quantity of water needed for the mix. Only add this pre-diluted solution to the pre mixed dry concrete /plaster mortar. Do note that effect of ALGIPLAST-MTA 1100 is greatly enhanced when mechanical mixer is used.

Algi Plast-MTA

ALGIPLAST-MTA is a powerful concrete accelerator for paver block and hollow blocks to reduce curing time. This reduces production cost and helps in increasing production capacity and speedy delivery of these concrete products.

Method of Usage: ALGIPLAST-MTA should be added to the concrete mix at the ratio of 200-300 ml to 50 kg bag of cement. Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum ratio, for which a dosage of 250 ml per 50kg bag of cement is recommended as the initial trial dosage.

Algi Plast HB-100

Water reducing plasticizer for concrete blocks.

Properties: ALGIPLAST HB-100 is a powerful plasticizer used for getting high early i.e., 1 day strength, ultimate compressive strength and good appearance of hollow blocks. It reduces production cost by reducing breakages and curing time.

Method of Usage: ALGIPLAST HB-100 should be added at the ratio of 100 to 200 ml/bag of cement. It can either be diluted in 5 to 10 litres of water or proportionately prediluted in a 200 - litre barrel and added to the concrete mix.

Mixing Instruction: Mechanical Mixing Methods: Pour the required quantity of water in to the mixing drum. Predilute ALGIPLAST HB-100, 100 to 200 ml/50kg bag of cement in 5 to 10 litres of water. Add the prediluted solution of ALGIPLAST HB-100 followed by metal, sand and cement in that order.

Algi Plast HB-300

Water reducing plasticizer for concrete blocks.

Properties: ALGIPLAST HB-300 is a powerful plasticizer used for improving compressive strength & appearance of hollow blocks. It reduces production cost by reducing breakag-es and curing time.

Method of Usage: ALGIPLAST HB-300 should be added at the ratio of 150 ml (100-200 ml/bag) per 50kg bag of cement. It can either be diluted in 5 to 10 litres of water or proportionately prediluted in a 200 litre barrel and added to the concrete mix.

Algi Plast-220 N

Economical water reducing normal plasticizer for concrete.

Properties: ALGIPLAST - 220 N is an economical water reducing admixture suitable for M15, M20, M25 grade concrete and for site mixed concrete that is placed with in half an hour. As ALGIPLAST 220 N does not retard setting of concrete, it is suitable for cold weather concreting in manufacture of cement hollow bricks and interlock bricks. It also allows for reduction in the water content of the mix by 10-16%.

Uses: ALGIPLAST-220 N can be used for increasing workability, compressive strength, durability, impermeability and to economise on cement usage.

Dosage: ALGIPLAST-220 N should be added to the concrete mix at the ratio of 100 -250ml to 50 kg of cement. Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum ratio for which a dosage of 200 ml to 50 kg bag of cement is recommended as the initial trial dosage.

Algi Hyper Plast -N 50

Poly carboxylate ether based new generation hyper plasticizer for paver block concrete.

Properties: ALGIHYPERPAST-N 50 is a powerful poly carboxylate ether based super plasticizer recommended for paver block concrete, for concrete which requires high early strength and where concrete is placed within half an hour of mixing. ALGIHYPER-PLAST-N 50 has far higher concrete flow than naphthalene based super plasticizer which is useful in paver block concrete, pillars, beams and heavily congested re-inforcements. ALGIHYPERPLAST-N 50 is recommended for concrete of M30 or above grade, where very high early and final strength is required or where colourless super plasticizer is required.

Dosage: ALGIHYPERPLAST-N 50 should be added to the concrete mix in the ratio of 50-75 ml to 50 kg cement. Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum ratio, for which a dosage of 50 ml to 50 kg of cement is recommended as initial trial dosage. Over dosage of ALGIHYPERPLAST-N 50 in extreme cases may result in retarda-tion of initial set and increased workability and air entrainment. ALGIHYPERPLAST-N 50 can cause severe bleeding at higher dosage in concretes having cementitious content less than 450kg/m² due to its extremely high dispersion power

Algi Tile Glaze H25B

Water based high gloss colourless coating for paver tiles.

Properties: ALGITILEGLAZE H25B are new generation water based high gloss coatings for paver blocks and plastic mould tiles. ALGITILEGLAZE H25B can be applied over paver tiles and interlock pavers. It also acts as a curing compound & increases compressive and abrasion resistance.

Application Method: ALGITILEGLAZE H25B can be applied on totally dry tiles. The application can be made by spraying or by using sponge or roller immediately after demoulding of tiles. Normally single coat application is sufficient. Product can be coloured using red oxide, yellow oxide and black oxide.

Coverage: 350-400 sq. ft. per kg for single coat depending on smoothness and surface absorption.

Algi Tile Glaze S10

Solvented sprayable laquer for paver tiles and paver blocks.

Method of Usage: The surface to be coated should be dry and free from all impurities like

dirt which can be removed by cleaning the surface with waste cotton. Once this is done, apply ALGITILEGLAZE S 10 by using sprayer. The tile surface should be totally dry before application of the product. Application on wet tile may reduce penetration of the product into the tile surface and can cause failure.

Health & Safety: It is a solvented system with low flash point and highly inflammable. Do not use ALGITILEGLAZE S10 near naked flame or in enclosed areas and do not smoke during application. Do not store in direct sunlight or in area which can increase product temperature above flash point, as this can ignite the liquid. Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid inhalation of vapours. Avoid excessive contact of ALGITILEGLAZE S10 with skin, in case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water and mild soap and seek immediate medical advice. Do not use thinner or solvents to wash the skin as this can increase the penetration of the product in to the skin.

Coverage: 60 to 80 sq. ft. per litre for single coat depending on smoothness and surface absorption.

Algi Tile Glaze C40

Ready to use coloured water based paver tile glaze coat.

Properties: ALGITILEGLAZE C40 is a new generation water based high gloss coating for paver blocks and plastic mould tiles. It can be applied over paver tiles and interlock pavers.

Method of Usage: ALGITILEGLAZE C40 can be applied on dry tiles after diluting with

30% (25 to 35%) water by volume. Do not over dilute the product. The application can be made by using sponge or roller or brushed immediately after demoulding of tiles. Single coat application is recommended. It is available in various colours like Dark Red, Yellow, Black, Grey, Brown, Dark Gey and Deep Red etc.

Coverage: 180-200 sq. ft. per kg for single coat. Coverage depends on smoothness and surface absorption.

Algi Tile Glaze S100

A Solvented Colour Laquer for Paver Tiles

Method of Usage: The surface to be coated should be dry and free from all impurities like

dirt which can be removed by cleaning the surface with dry waste cotton. Once this is done, apply ALGITILEGLAZE S100 by using sponge. The tile surface should be totally dry before application of the product, Application on wet tile may reduce penetration of the product into the tile surface and can cause failure. Algitileglaze S-100 is available in Dark Red, Deep Red, Yellow, Black, Light Grey & Dark Grey.

Coverage: 70 - 90 sq.ft. per litre single coat depending on smoothness and surface absorption.
