Algi Tile Aid-13

Economical tile fixing adhesive.

Properties: ALGITILEAID-13 is suitable for tiling on floors and walls for interior application. It is a ready mix of cement and special chemicals and is self-curing and waterproof.

Note: For tile on tile, on exterior walls and for stone cladding applications use ALGITILEAID.

Mixing and Application: ALGITILEAID-13 has to be added to water while stirring and not vice-versa. Mix 3 parts of ALGITILEAID-13 with 1 part by volume of water. After mixing with water wait for 5 minutes and then remix ALGITILEAID-13. Ensure that the mix is lump free. Apply ALGITILEAID-13 on the wall using a notch trowel (Supplied by Algitech Chemicals) & also apply some quantity of ALGITILEAID-13 on the back of the tile for extra adhesion. Area of application of ALGITILEAID-13 should be limited to areas on which tiles can be fixed within 10 minutes.

Application Areas: For fixing of Ceramic, Mosaic and Vitrified tiles on interior walls and floors.

Coverage: 3.5-4.5 Ft2/kg.

Algi Tile Aid SP-3

High-strength tile fixing adhesive.

Properties: ALGITILEAID SP-3 is a cementatious tile fixing adhesive specially formulated with organic polymers for greater adhesion in fixing of tiles. ALGITILEAID SP-3 is supplied in ready to use powder form that needs only addition of water. It is suitable for tile on tile and for filling on floors and walls for interior application. It is a ready-mix of cement and special chemicals and is self-curing and water proof.

Application: ALGITILEAID SP-3 has to be added to water while stirring and not vice

versa. 3 parts of ALGITILEAID SP-3 by volume has to be mixed with 1 part by volume of water. After mixing with water wait for 5 minutes and then re-mix the ALGITILEAID SP-3. Ensure that the mix is lump free. Apply ALGITILEAID SP-3 on the wall using notch trowel (supplied by Algitech Chemicals) also apply some quantity of ALGITILEAID SP-3 on the back of the tile for extra adhesion. Area of application of ALGITILEAID SP-3 should be limited to area on which tiles can be fixed within 10 minutes.

Note: It is highly recommended to pre-wet the tiles before using and in case of exterior use in hot weather.

Algi Tile Aid Flex

Ultra-high strength tile fixing adhesive with medium flexibility.

Properties: ALGITILEAID FLEX is a cementatious highly polymer modified tile fixing adhesive for extra high adhesion in fixing of Vitrified Tiles, Granite and Marble. It is suitable for tile on tile and for tiling on floors and walls for interior and exterior application. It is a ready mix of cement and special chemicals and is self-curing and water proof.

Application Area: ALGITILEAID FLEX is used to fix the following on walls and floors: Vitrified tiles, Marble, Granite, Tiles on Metal sheets.

Coverage: ALGITILEAID FLEX gives a coverage of 3.0 to 4.0 ft²/kg

Caution: Do not apply ALGITILEAID FLEX on painted or oil surfaces.

Algi Tile Joint Grout

Tile joint grout for interior of the building.

Properties: Eliminates cumbersome process and time needed in matching the colours and wastage of pigments at site. Accurate colour matching is possible. Colours indicated are colours obtained after full cure of grouts and hence error of matching colour to that of grout immediately on addition of water is eliminated. Alkali stable and pure and high-quality pigments are used. This reduces fading and batch to batch variation of colours.

Application Areas: Grouting Ceramic, Marble, Mosaic Tile Joints.

Application Method: Mix ALGITILEJOINT GROUT with water in 2:1 ratio by volume & apply in tile joints.

Coverage: 4-4.5m²/kg for tiles of size 150mm x 150mm.

Algi Liquid Grout

Pourable tile grout for filling ultra-thin tile joints.

Properties: ALGILIQUIDGROUT is a ready mix of cement and special chemicals, self-curing and water proof. It can be used for paper thin joints in case of Vitrified Tiles, Swimming pool tile joints, Marbles, Granite and Bathroom Tilings.

Coverage: 4 to 4.5m²/kg for tiles of size 150mm x 150mm.

Algi Tile Eazzy Grout

Epoxy joint grout for stain resistant and germ proof tile grout

Properties: ALGITILE EAZZY GROUT is an epoxy-based tile joint grout specially formulated for germ proof, acid proof joints in the fixing of floor and wall tiles for interior application. ALGITILE EAZZY GROUT is a non-shrink, self-curing and waterproof tile grout. ALGITILE EAZZY GROUT is available in various colours.

Method of Usage: It is important to wait for 24 hours after fixing of tiles before the ALGITILE EAZZY GROUT is applied. Clean the tile joints, Mix ALGITILE EAZZY GROUT resin and hardener till uniform colour is achieved and then add filler (powder). Ratio by weight of Resin: Hardner: Filler is 1:0.43:4 and by volume in 2:1:9. Allow it to mature for 5 minutes before applying with plastic/rubber spatula. Compact the ALGITILE EAZZY GROUT and do the second application if required. Second application gives improved levelling and gloss. Remove the excess material and polish the surface with sponge within 15 to 30 minutes.

Note: In the summer or during hot weather reducing the hardener by (10% to 20%) increases pot life and in winter increasing it sightly (10%-20%) makes setting faster.

Coverage: Quality required per running feet is width of joint in mm x depth in mm x 0.0006 kgs.

Algi Tite

High strength 2 component epoxy adhesive.

Properties: Thixotropic and hence suitable for vertical application. Sets quickly in 2 hours and hence reduces labour time. Very high adhesion and can bond different materials. It can be filed to remove additional left-over material.

Application Areas: For fixing Granite, Plastic, Metal, Wood etc. Sets in 2 hours.

Application Method: Mix ALGITITE resin and hardener in ratio of 1:1 by volume. Keep it for 5 minutes and then apply on clean and dry surface that needs to be bonded.

Coverage: 25-30 Sq. Ft./kg.
