Algi Flex Guard
Elastomeric waterproofing cum heat insulation system.
Properties: ALGIFLEXGUARD is a single component, elastomeric, UV stable and fungus resistant coating. It bridges minor cracks when applied in sufficient thickness. It doesn't need water curing & hence saves time & cost of labour.
Application Method: Mix ALGIFLEXGUARD with water in the ratio of 1:0.4 by volume and apply 2 coats. When applying the coating on hot surface, wetting the surface with sponge just before application of the coating improves coverage.
Coverage: ALGIFLEXGUARD gives about 40 to 50 Sq.ft. per kg. for double coat on a fairly smooth surface.

Properties: ALGI-FLEXGUARD SPL is a highly elastomeric waterproofing membrane with excellent flexibility and tensile recovery and is suitable for bridging 1 mm hairline cracks. The coating is highly resistant to UV light and has excellent antifungal property, hence suitable for waterproofing of exterior RCC slabs, walls, asbestos sheets, metal roof sheets etc.
Dosage: Mx ALGI-FLEXGUARD SPL with water in the ratio of 1:0.4 by volume, stir well and apply one coat of ALGI - FLEXGUARD SPL with a stiff brush. After the first coat dries (i.e.,after 0.5-1 hour) apply the second coat in a direction perpendicular to the first.
Coverage: ALGI-FLEXGUARD SPL gives about 40-50 Sq.Ft. per kg for double coat on a fairly smooth surface.
Algi Elasto Shield
High performance highly flexible waterproofing cum heat insulation membrane system.
Properties: ALGIELASTOSHIELD excellent flexibility is an elastomeric waterproofing membrane with product is internally and flexibility tensile recovery and is suitable for bridging hairline cracks. The remains permanently and does not contain added plasticizers and hence flexible. The coating is highly resistant to UV light and has excellent scrub resistance. The coating has excellent antifungal property, hence suitable for waterproofing of exterior RCC slabs.The product has excellent adhesion on difficult surfaces, hence it is suitable for difficult-to-bond surfaces. It can be applied practically on any structural surface such as RCC slabs, wall, asbestos sheets, metal roof sheets etc.
Application: Clean the surface with wire brush to remove oil, grease, dust, paint and lime from the surface to be coated. Wash the surface with water and let the surface be slightly moist without stagnant water. Mix ALGIELASTOSHIELD with water in the ratio of 1:0.4 by volume (1:0.3 by weight) stir well and apply one coat of ALGIELASTOSHIELD with stiff brush. After the first coat dries (i.e.,after 0.5-1 hour) apply the second coat in a direction perpendicular to the first.
Coverage: ALGIELASTOSHIELD gives about 40-50 Sq. Ft. per kg for double coat on a fairly smooth surface.

Highly economical flexible waterproofing coating.
Properties: ALGIDAMPSHIELD is a highly economical elastomeric waterproofing membrane with good flexibility and tensile recovery and is suitable for bridging hairline cracks. The coating has excellent antifungal property, hence suitable for waterproofing of exterior RCC slabs, wall, asbestos sheets, metal roof sheets etc.
Application: Clean the surface and wash the surface with water and let the surface be slightly moist. Seal all the cracks with ALGISEAL ACRYLIC using the painters putty blade. Mix ALGIDAMPSHIELD with water in the ratio of 1:0.4 by weight, stir well and apply one coat with a stiff brush. After the first coat dries (i.e., after 0.5-1 hour) apply the second coat in a direction perpendicular to the first.
Coverage: It gives about 40-50 Sq. Ft. per kg for double coat on a fairly smooth surface.

Properties: ALGI- FLEXSHIELD SP is suitable for RCC slabs, wall, asbestos sheets, china mosaic, plastic and metal roof sheets. This product has excellent adhesion, and is suitable for difficult to bond surfaces and during labour shortages as it has very low application cost. The coating is highly resistant to UV light and has excellent antifungal property.
Coverage: ALGI- FLEXSHIELD SP gives about 11–12.5 Sq. Ft/kg for 4 coats with the geotextile mat on fairly smooth surface.

Algi Coat EPX W
Water based epoxy for watertanks coating.
Properties: ALGICOAT-EPX-W coating is easy to clean and is resistant to oil, mild acids and alkalies. It reduces fungus/algae growth in water tanks. It is available in different colours. The product can be thinned with water.
Application Method: The concrete surface should be free from loose particles, dust, oil, grease or any other chemical deposits. Clean concrete surface using a wire brush. First mix ALGICOAT-EPX-W resin & hardener in 1:1 ratio by volume to obtain an uniform consistency. Then add 1 part water so that Resin: Hardener: Water ratio by volume is 1:1:1. Mixing all three components simultaneously will prevent product from setting and should be avoided.
Coverage: 40 Sq. Ft. per kg for 2 coats.
Algi Insulex SP / Algi Heat Guard
A high-performance heat insulation system.
Properties: Fungus resistant coating which reduces heat within the building. Reduces or eliminates air-conditioning cost. The coating is highly resistant to damage due to scrubbing, abrasion, and UV light. Suitable for RCC slabs, asbestos, metal roofing sheets etc.
Application Method: Clean the surface with wire brush and wash with water. Dilute ALGIINSULEX SP with water in 1:0.5 ratio & apply 2 coats by brush. To get good coverage during summer, wet the surface by sponging just before application of the coating.
Coverage: About 40 Sq. Ft. per kg for double coat.
Algi Coat - RC 104
Acrylic polymer admixture for water proofing system.
Properties: ALGICOAT RC-104 coating has good breathing capacity and UV stability and hence can be applied on moist surface. It is suitable for waterproofing of terraces, bathrooms, masonry walls, water- tanks and basement etc.
Application Method: Mix 1 part of ALGICOAT RC-104 with 1.8 parts by volume of cement and apply 2 coats by brush on moist and cleaned surface. Needs 7 days of water curing.
Coverage: 1 Litre of ALGICOAT RC-104 gives 20-25 Sq. Ft. coverage for 2 coats.
Algi Coat RC - 104 W
Acrylic Polymer Admixture for Cementatious Waterproofing & Heat Proofing System
Properties: ALGICOAT RC - 104 W coating has good breathing capacity and UV stability and hence can be applied on moist surface.
Areas of Application: Waterproofing of RCC slab, Toilet, Basement, Masonry Wall & Watertank.
Method of Usage: Waterproofing Coating: After the surface preparation, pre wet the surface with water. After ensuring that there is no ponding of water, but the surface is moist, apply 2 coat made up of 1.5 parts of white cement and 1 part of ALGICOAT RC104 W by volume, The mix should be well stirred. Apply the second coat after the first coat has dried for 3-4 hours. The coating should be cured by spraying water for first 24 hours then by ponding for next 7 days.
Coverage:1 Itr of Algicoat RC-104 W gives 25 to 30 sq.ft. based on roughness of the surface.
Algi Bond Latex
SBR Latex based bonding agent.
Properties: For improving adhesion between cement mortar & concrete in patch repairs, plastering, screed concrete etc.
Application Method: Mix ALGIBOND LATEX with fresh cement in the ratio of 1:1.5 by volume and apply one coat of mixed material by brush over the cleaned surface. Immediately pour fresh concrete or mortar over it and compact.
Coverage: 45 Sq. Ft. per litre.
Algi Bond EPX 202
Epoxy based moisture insensitive thixotropic bonding agent.
Properties: Excellent adhesion to concrete, screed, mortar etc.
Application: Suitable for bonding joints between old to new concrete.
Coverage: 30 running feet per kg. For a 4.5-inch-thick concrete slab joint or 20ft²/kg for application on concrete slab.
Application Method: Use entire quantity of resin and hardener & mix well and apply a single thick coat by brush over clean and dry surface. In case of part mixing, only weight batching should be adopted. Immediately place and compact fresh concrete or mortar on it.
Algi Latex
SBR latex polymer additive for polymer modified concrete /mortar.
Properties: Makes cement mortar waterproof, flexible and reduces its w/c ratio. Also improves tolerance for poor curing practices.
Application Areas: ALGILATEX is used as a polymer additive for cement mortar in structural repairs and ALGILATEX is mixed with cement and the slurry obtained is used as an anticorrosive coating.
Application Method: ALGILATEX should be mixed with water and added to cement mortar.
Dosage: 3-6 kgs per 50kg cement.
Algi Latex SP
Polymer additive based on SBR latex for polymer modified concrete /mortar.
Properties: ALGILATEX SP improves the mechanical properties such as flexure and tension. It also improves the water resistance of cementatious mixes. It is a highly economical bonding agent having excellent bonding strength.
Coverage: As a bond coat use ALGILATEX SP: Water: cement in ratio of 2:3:8 by volume gives 100-120ft²/kg for polymer modified mortar:200 ft2/mm thickness, for polymer modified concrete: 30 to 40 Kg/m³ volume.
Algi Rapidcem
Ready to use extra quick setting compound. (Final setting time is 6-12 mins)
Application: For repairing cracks in cement pipes, floor, concrete doors, windows, concrete pipes etc. Compressive strength achieved is 150kg/cm² in 2 hours. 300kg/cm²in 1 day, 400 kg/cm²in 2 days.
Application Method: Add ALGIRAPIDCEM to water in the ratio of and 5:1 by volume & knead it into a dough. Hold it in hand till it is warm then place in the cracks.
Coverage: 0.45 Sq. Ft/kg for 12mm thickness.
Algi Plast Rapidset
Extra quick setting admixture. (Final setting time is 5-12 mins.)
Properties: For sealing severe water infiltration in case of dams, harbours, basements. Compressive strength is 120 kg/cm² for 2 hours and 140 kg/cm² for 2 days.
Application Method: Add ALGIPLAST RAPIDSET to cement in the ratio of 1:3.5 by volume and knead it into a dough and hold it in the hand until it is warm. Hold this into the crack till it sets.
Dosage: 26 litre per bag of cement.
Algi Plugwell
Grout additive for plugging voids in concrete. It provides extension of setting time and very high-water reduction. Also reduces settling of grout. Helps grouts travel deep into voids in concrete.
Application Method: Mix in the ratio of 1 litre of ALGIPLUGWELL per 50 kg cement and 50-60 litre water. Grout this mixture into the structure.
Algi Grout Admixture SP
Non shrink super plasticizing grouting mixture for pressure grouting & box type waterproofing.
Properties: Improves flow retention, impermeability and also helps grout travel further into voids.
Dosage: 225gm per bag of cement.
Application Method: ALGIGROUT ADMIXTURE SP should be mixed with cement grout.
Algi Crystallex
Crystalline waterproofing coating for negative side waterproofing.
ALGICRYSTALLEX is crystalline coating when mixed with water gives waterproofing coating on concrete structures. It can be applied for waterproofing of bathrooms, basements, water tanks, swimming pools and masonry. It can be applied for both negative and positive sides and for moist surfaces even in monsoon.
Application: After the surface preparation, apply the first coat made up of 1 part of ALGICRYSTALLEX and 0.5 part of water by volume. The application should be done by using stiff brush in a circular motion. The mix should be well stirred. Apply the second coat after the first coat has dried for 1-2 hours. The coating should be cured by spraying water for 3-5 days.
Algi Seal Acrylic
A single component acrylic sealant for roof cracks.
ALGISEAL ACRYLIC is a single component, ready to use paintable, acrylic sealant. It is suitable for cracks with movements of ± 10%., (expansion and construction) available in plastic containers.
Application Method: Clean and widen the crack to 4mm x 4mm wide section using a marble cutter and fill it with ALGISEAL ACRYALIC. After drying, fill the crack again. The ALGISEAL ACRYLIC must be filled at least twice. 2 to 3 applications are needed to get a level surface. For external cracks, the sealant should be covered with ALGICOAT RC 104 or ALGIFLEXGUARD.
Coverage: 1 kg covers approximately 40 running feet for 4mmx4mm deep wall cracks.
Algi Seal PS-P (Pourable)
It is easy to use as it has low viscosity. It is recommended for narrow joints and for exterior waterproofing by crack filling.
Properties: It is highly flexible, UV light stable, chemical and solvent resistant polysulphide sealant. It is a polysulphide sealant for filling of expansion joints with maximum of ± 25% movement.
Application Method: Clean and allow the joint to dry. Apply ALGISEAL PS primer. Mix ALGISEAL PS-P resin and hardener to uniform consistency and apply into the joint.
Coverage: 20ft/kg for 12mm wide x 6mm deep joint. 9ft/kg for 18mm wide X 9mm deep joints. 5ft/kg for 24mm wide X 12mm deep joints.
Note: For horizontal and narrow joints width ALGISEAL PS -P pourable grade of polysulphide sealant can be used.
Algi Seal PSD
Two component polysulphide sealant for expansion joint & external crack filling. (for waterproofing repairs)
Properties: ALGISEAL PSD is a highly flexible, UV light stable, chemical & solvent resistant polysulphide sealant for filling of expansion joints with maximum of ± 25% movement.
Application Method: Clean and allow the joint to dry. Apply ALGISEAL PS primer. Mix ALGISEAL PSD resin & hardener to uniform consistency & apply into the joint
Coverage:
20ft/kg for 12mm wide X 6mm deep joint.
9ft./kg. for 18mm wide X 9mm deep joints.
5ft./kg. for 2mm wide X 12mm deep joints.

AlgiCrack Filler
Economical cementatious crack filler.
Properties: Recommended for filling wide rigid cracks i.e., non-moving cracks on internal wall. It is non shrink. Requires single application.
Application Method: Clean and widen the crack, mix ALGICRACK FILLER and water in 3:1 proportion & fill up the crack using putty blade. Mix ALGICRACK FILLER with ALGIBONDLATEX in 3:1 ratio for very good results in interior crack filling.
Algi Seal PU
Single component hybrid PU sealant for crack filling and expansion joints.
It is used in crack filling in waterproofing repairs, ceiling expansion and construction joints.
Coverage: 6mm x 6mm-17m(57 feet), 10mm x 10mm-6.75m(22.5 feet) 20mm x 20mm -3.6m(12 feet).
Algi Fiber Mesh
Fibre mesh of 4" & 6" for crack precaution in building joints.
Properties: ALGIFIBRE MESH is a fabric made up of glass and coated with acrylic polymers that ensures good alkali resistance, high strength, good cohesion and excellent coating adhesion. It comes in ready to use 6 inch and 4-inch width and 50-meter length bundle.
Method of Usage: Apply thin coat of wet plaster on the surface (not more than 3mm).Embed fibre glass mesh into the base coat or on brick wall directly in case of single plaster system. Apply a second coat of plaster until surface is smooth and fibre glass is at least 3mm under the plaster. Stainless steel staples can be used to anchor fibre glass mesh to the first plaster. Use of ALGILATEX SP in plaster further improves the quality of the mortar/mesh system.
Algi Butyl EXT
Butyl tape for exterior cracks and vertical expansion joints.
Properties: ALGIBUTYL EXT is an exterior grade preformed strip on a siliconised release paper. It comes with a fibre mesh sandwiched in butyl medium for additional tensile strength and is designed for exterior application. It has good adhesion to various surfaces and remains flexible throughout its service life.
Method of Usage: The product can be applied only on totally dry surface. Remove the release paper and apply the tape to the surface to be joined. Use roller to smoothen the tape after application.
Packing: It is available in 100mm width.
Algi Butyl Waterproof Tape
It has Butyl Adhesive on inner side and protective aluminium sheet on outer side. It is used for crack filling in waterproofing repairs of RCC slabs, cement sheet, metal sheet, plastic and Bio gas tank.
Algi Fibre
Synthetic fibre for concrete/mortar reinforcement.
Properties: ALGIFIBRE is an admixutre to prevent cracks high performance modified synthetic fibre designed specifically for secondary reinforcement of concrete. ALGIFIBRE disperses into the concrete mix when added at the batching plant or at the job site to form a true 3-dimensional reinforcement network which reduces cracking and increases the strength. ALGIFIBRE being synthetic doesn't dissolve in alkaline solution like polyester and is alkali stable and gives long lasting benefit.
Dosage: Add at the rate of 120gms per bag of cement. Soak ALGIFIBRE 120gm in 3 to 4 litre water for 3-5 minutes and then add to premixed cement sand mortar.
Algi Micro Crete-SP
For structural rehabilitation especially for vertical and overhead application.
Properties: ALGIMICROCRETE - SP is a structural grade cementatious micro concrete designed for vertical application and for repairs / reinstatement of distressed reinforced concrete elements. ALGIMICROCRETE-SP is extremely useful in vertical and overhead application where non-sag thixotropic type product is required. ALGIMICROCRETE-SP is an ideal micro concrete for structural strengthening of columns, beams etc without encasement.
Mixing and Application: Mix ALIGIMICROCRETE-SP and water in the ratio of 6:1 (6 parts of powder and 1 part water) by weight or 7:2 (7parts powder and 2-part water) by volume and place the prepared mortar.
Coverage: 1.6kg/Sq.Ft for 1 cm thickness.
Algi Micro Crete SP Fine
The product is similar to ALGIMICROCRETE -SP, but with the aggregate of 1mm. It is suitable for construction of stone walls in temples and is used as a sandwich layer in between stones.
Mixing Ratio: Water Powder Ratio: w/p 0.24
Coverage: 1.6kg/Ft2 for 1 cm thickness.
Algi Anchor Capsule
Expanding cementatious anchor grout for tunnelling work and Steel rod extension.
Properties: It has expansion and thixotropic property and is supplied in perforated plastic capsules. Hence it saves labour cost. Highly economical compared to resin capsules.
Application Method: Dip ALGIANCHOR CAPSULE in water for 2 to 4 minutes until it absorbs water and then immediately place it into the pre-drilled bore (hole). Drive reinforcing rod through the capsule.
Algi Anchor RES
Quick setting polyester resin based anchor grout.
Properties: ALGI-ANCHOR RES is a solvent free two component anchor grout that provides maximum anchorage for extension of rods in building construction.It also provides very high early strength.
Application: Manually mix well all the resin with powder (hardener) for 2 to 3 minutes or by using drill and paddle (maximum 600 R.P.M). Quantity of powder can be reduced where higher flow is needed. Mixed resin should stand for 1 to 2 minutes to let the entrapped air escape.
